- Can we switch plans later?
- Yes. Move up or down anytime from your dashboard. A change takes effect on your next billing date, and your widget keeps running the whole time.
- What about refunds?
- Not what you expected? Email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we refund it. No forms.
- How do the limits work?
- Message limits are per site, per month, and reset on your billing date. They are real ceilings, not soft caps with surprise overage bills. As you get close, we tell you, so nothing gets cut off without warning.
- When does checkout open?
- Payments go live soon. Until then, Pro features are free during the beta and you can start on the free plan today.
